6 Week Better Health Challenge - Total Body Fitness for Beginners

• 6 weeks of healthy living with Cardiovascular and Strength Training classes

Course 2: Hand & Foot Massage

Features of the course:

• learn to give your loved ones a professional hand or foot massage
• help lower stress
• learn to relax when all you have is 5 minutes in your day
• receive guided how-to instructions to take home

• learn what is involved in creating theraputic scents
• sample the different forms of aromatherapy
• learn where to purchase a variety of theraputic lotions, oils, soaps, or candles
• purchase a selection of Aromatherapy Therapy samples
